Per night rate: US $ 575.00 – 2 to 4 guests
7 nights minimum includes:

• The use of Sunset Villa and its property (except Bungalow),
• housekeeper prepares breakfast,
• set the table for lunch and dinner,
• cleaning,
• laundry, ironing,
• vehicle (full tank, return with the same)
• gardener selection of fresh flowers in every room
• pickup and drop-off at airport or harbor

Bungalow option
US $ 175.00 per night

The bungalow, with king size bed and its own bathroom, may be rented in addition to the villa for two more guests.

Arrival Dinner and breakfast

We recognize that arriving travelers will not wish to be concerned with meal preparation. Therefore, for guests staying 10 nights or longer we will provide, at no added cost, a pleasant, complementary welcoming  dinner (wine and beverage optional) on the evening of your arrival and breakfast on your first morning. These  arrangements must be made at least one week prior to arrival.

Local Shopping

We do not provide shopping service. Union Island has four supermarkets and an outdoor, colorful, fresh-produce marketplace active most weekdays, as well as a French baker and shops specialized in wine and gourmet food. We highly recommend that guests also enjoy the cuisine and ambiance of various excellent restaurants in the village.

The largest village on our island is Clifton Harbor.  It is a short ride away on an excellent road. You also will find a post office, a number of internationally connected banks, clothing boutiques, artist’s shops, bars, hardware and internet cafes.

• Sunset Villa welcomes families with 12 years children and older.
• Telephone, fax and internet services are available from a number of locations in the village.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings

Our staff is cheerful, well-trained and professional in their work. Gratuities are not included in our prices. If you wish our guidance on appropriate amounts, please ask us in confidence.

Accounts

• A 50% non-refundable deposit  is due on at the time you place your reservation.  Confirmation is effective only upon receipt of this deposit.
• Final payment of the balance  is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. We suggest that all travelers secure trip interruption with insurance.
• Accounts are settled in US Dollars. Rates quoted on this web site are subject to change but we will confirm them in writing on request before you reserve.
• Payments may be made by bank draft, money order or wire transfer. Contact us for more details regarding your preferred method.
